A Scottish dirk, (also "Highland dirk", Scottish Gaelic: Biodag), is a symbolic traditional and ceremonial weapon of the Highland Cathairean (cateran or warrior), worn by officers, pipers and drummers of Scottish Highland regiments. For this police officer we incorporated a Luckenbooth, in honor of his love for his wife, and a thistle as the jewel at the top.
