Colin Fraser Purcell - master of "everything else"

This is Colin. who for the past ten years would have been part of your tattoo experience, especially if you were brave enough for a large custom piece . . .

Here he was using computer skills mocking up a client's tattoo - which still MIGHT happen if you make an appointment !

 Hello!

Hello!

He was involved in all aspects of LuckyFish Inc. and Tattoo Santa Barbara and working with Pat for over a decade. His role was probably best described as Graphic Designer and Webmaster, or maybe "one-man-IT-department. And he and Pat still work together on an occasional basis to create everything from custom tattoos to this website.

Once you make an appointment to come in and get your tattoo, it is possible that you will want to drop by in advance to consult a bit about your design, or begin the process of designing a large custom piece. Sometimes, especially for the extremely challenging full body part wraps of knotwork, Colin is called back to help the difficult process of fitting the pattern to skin.

The large overlap of his expertise with Pat's allowed her to concentrate on the things that only she can do (i.e. installing amazing Celtic Tattoos) while increasing overall productivity by allowing other things she would normally be doing to get done simultaneously via him.

Together, they were the "LuckyFish Octopus", smart, many-armed, and massively multitasking . . .

BUT NOT on a full-time basis anymore.
