Dancing Ganesha Coverup Tattoo

Today a woman whose ankle needed a serious tattoo upgrade came in to cover a backward-facing lion with a dancing Ganesha. A black lotus did the job of obscuring the poor quality lion, leaving the rest of the calf to host a large and detailed Ganesha. Her life is changing, and now she wears the symbol of the Remover of Obstacles, as she dances forward.

"Ganesha is one of the best-known and most worshipped deities in the Hindu pantheon . . . Although he is known by many attributes, Ganesha's elephant head makes him easy to identify. Ganesha is widely revered as the remover of obstacles, the patron of arts and sciences and the deva of intellect and wisdom." - Wikipedia
